    Kate is a second-year student studying computer science.

    Fun Fact: Kate has swam with sharks and sting rays before!

    The RCSA President works with the rest of the executive board to serve the residential community, provide leadership opportunities, and ensure residents' needs are being met.

    As RCSA President, Kate is committed to strengthening campus safety with improved lighting, ensuring transparency in student funds, and bringing fresh energy to West Campus. She is also passionate about fostering a vibrant cultural community, supporting art, music, and creative expression on campus. Above all, Kate is here to be your advocate and welcomes your ideas to help make campus better for everyone.

  • NAOMI LAW

    Naomi Law

    Naomi is a second-year student studying biochemistry

    Fun Fact: Naomi studied abroad in Italy, and has two cats!

    The Director of Government Affairs represents RCSA in ASUW Senate and facilitates Hall Caucus – a space for Hall Senators to collaborate and seek support as they represent the constituents in their communities.

    Amber Meynier

    Amber is a second-year student studying Civil Engineering & Applied Math

    Fun Fact: Amber likes playing Go!

    The Director of Recognition and Partnership works to increase engagement and strengthen connections within the residential communities through initiatives like the connected communities challenge and the Golden Husky Awards.

    Amber is looking forward to encouraging community and engagement this year through initiatives like Connected Communities and the Golden Husky Awards. She also hope to address resident safety through this years lighting taskforce!

  • SAVANNAH PASQUAN

    Savannah Pasquan

    Savannah is a third-year student studying chemical engineering.

    Fun Fact: Savannah worked as an engineering intern for a manufacturing company!

    The Director of Intersectional Sustainability works to engage HFS residents in sustainable practices, leads the SEED committee, and helps to promote environmental practices in the UW community.

    Savannah is looking forward to increasing awareness of sustainable initiatives across campus, as well as allowing residents to get more involved in creating a greener campus.

    Sophia Li

    Sophia is a second-year student studying political science & economics

    Hana Liu

    Hana is a third-year student studying computer science & applied math

    Fun Fact: Hana once met Dr.Phil on the Ave

    The Director of Administration and Finance manages the budget for RCSA as well as chairing the Budget Advisory Committee - a space for hall council representatives to work with HFS professional staff to learn how their budget is used.
