Devyn is a third-year student studying speech and hearing sciences with a minor in linguistics, though they intend on going into law!
Fun fact: They have an exceptional memory.
The RCSA President works with the rest of the executive board to serve the residential community, provide leadership opportunities, and ensure residents' needs are being met.
Devyn aims to make the on-campus living experience as enriching and enjoyable as possible. They are excited to execute their advocacy work through engagement with various campus partnerships

Autumn Yi
Director of Government Affairs
She/Her
Autumn is a third-year student majoring in Psychology with a minor in Data Science and another one she hasn't figured out yet.
She enjoys going out and wandering around, getting boba, and sleeping.
Fun fact: she always gets sick during orientations.
The Director of Government Affairs represents RCSA in ASUW Senate and facilitates Hall Caucus – a space for Hall Senators to collaborate and seek support as they represent the constituents in their communities.
Her current pursuits in the student government include advocating for accessibility, ice cream machine(s), and a package locker for the apartments.
The Director of Government Affairs represents residential opinion through legislation to the other student governments at UW. If there is an opinion you would like to see represented, please visit her at the Madrona LPO during her office hours or send her an email!

Hana Liu
Director of Administration & Finance
She/Her
Hana is a second-year student majoring in Computer Science.
Fun fact: Hana attended the same high school as members of Panic! at the Disco.
The Director of Administration and Finance manages the budget for RCSA as well as chairing the Budget Advisory Committee - a space for hall council representatives to work with HFS professional staff to learn how their budget is used.
Hana is committed to improving accessibility in financial data visualization, ensuring that individuals of all technical backgrounds can easily understand our budget and housing rate presentations. She is also passionate about fostering thoughtful conversations and aims to create a welcoming environment, where all residents feel included in the rates proposal process and empowered to share their perspectives with HFS or UW. Hana is also excited to see all the amazing RCSA funded events hosted by Hall Councils this year!

Velerie Dancel
Director of Communications
She/her
Velerie is a third-year student with an Intended-Nursing major and minor in Nutrition.
Fun Fact:Velerie grew up as an Air Force child and lived in Kaiserslautern, Germany for 4 years. During her time there, she and her family traveled often. In total, Velerie has explored over 17 different countries.
The Director of Communications manages all RCSA marketing, branding, and external communications in addition to managing the inquiry system.
This year, Velerie hopes to bridge the gap of communication between students living on campus and HFS to ensure that these students feel their voices are heard. She is always open to speaking and hearing what you have to think. Find her office hours and contact info below.

Dahlia Gietka
Director of Intersectional Sustainability
She/her
Dahlia is a third year studying Earth and Space Science (ESS): Geoscience. She is from Colorado, and loves to go camping, dance, travel, pick berries, cook, and crochet.
Fun Fact: Dahlia has lived in six states and two countries!
The Director of Intersectional Sustainability works to engage HFS residents in sustainable practices, leads the SEED committee, and helps to promote environmental practices in the UW community.
As Director of Intersectional Sustainability, she intends to support the residential community's sustainability wants and needs in an equitable and engaged way.

Mugdha Chiplunkar
Director of Recognition and Partnerships
She/her
Mugdha is a second-year student majoring in Marine Biology. She is passionate about building community and connecting with nature in her daily life.
Fun fact: Mugdha's favorite snack is a mandarin, and she can peel them in one piece such that the peel ends up as a long, beautiful spiral.
The Director of Recognition and Partnership works to increase engagement and strengthen connections within the residential communities through initiatives like the connected communities challenge and the Golden Husky Awards.
Mugdha hopes to help everyone in the residential communities feel included and welcome to voice their concerns.

Kirupa Nandhini Gunaseelan
Assistant Resident Educational Specialist
She/her
Kirupa is a fourth-year student majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Business Administration. She is excited to finish off her third year in RCSA and get to know everyone this year!
Fun fact: Kirupa is actually not a part of the RCSA Executive Board.
The RCSA ARES (Assistant Resident Educational Specialist) serves as the student advisor for the executive board, offering experience and support.
Kirupa hopes to help foster a welcoming and inclusive environment with the RCSA Executive Board.
