Residential Life RA/CA On-Call 

  • Between 5PM and 8AM, Residential Life staff are on call to respond to situations. Residents can contact the staff member on call in their building by calling 206-543-1000 and select their community.

  • LiveWell (http://livewell.uw.edu/)

    • LiveWell staff work directly with students who may need support and/or individual attention. This office can also assist students with changes regarding class assignment (i.e., changing the class section of the complainant or the accused student).   • The UW Counseling Center (www.washington.edu/counseling)

    • As of January 16, 2021 the Counseling Center and Hall Health Mental Health units have merged.

    • The UW Counseling Center is staffed by psychologists and mental health counselors who provide brief counseling, assessment, referral, and crisis intervention services to currently-enrolled UW students. There is no charge for most of their services.

    • All mental health services can be reached at 206-543-1240.

UW CIRCLE (Center for International Relations & Cultural Leadership Exchange

  • Circle serves as a portal to resources, community, and activities that help international and domestic students maximize their Husky Experience, together. 

Samuel E. Kelly Ethnic Cultural Center (http://depts.washington.edu/ecc/)  

  • The Kelly ECC is an inclusive and affirming space that cultivates a transformative student experience. The ECC serves and empowers historically marginalized and underrepresented students by providing educational and cultural opportunities for holistic development. Connect with the ECC about student advising, organizational development, personal growth, and referrals to different departments and programs.

  • The Q Center is a fierce, primarily student-run resource center dedicated to serving anyone regardless of their gender or sexuality. The Q Center hosts and supports student groups, puts on regular programming events, houses a lending library, and amplifies student voices on their student blog.

UW SafeCampus (www.washington.edu/safecampus

  • The SafeCampus website provides information on counseling and safety resources, University policies, and violence reporting requirements that help us maintain a safe personal, work, and learning environment. They can be found online or at 206-685-7233. 

UW Bias Reporting Tool (https://www.washington.edu/bias/)  

  • If you experience or witness an act of bias on or around the UW campus community, UW has a Bias Incident Advisory Committee which has a form where you can report an incident and seek support. The form also helps UW to track and be aware of bias incidents on campus.

Community Standards and Student Conduct (www.washington.edu/cssc)

  • CSSC can offer resources, as well as walk you through various ways to report a situation. This office also oversees the University conduct process. They can be reached online or via phone at 206-685-6194.

Husky NightWalk/Night Ride 

  • Call for either a free ride (using your U-PASS) or walk to an on-campus location or within one mile of campus. Night Ride can be contacted at 206-685-3146. Night Walk can be contacted at 206-685-9255.

  • The UW Ombud can provide a collaborative and confidential environment to discuss your situation, consider options, and develop a plan for the future.
