The Residential Community Student Association (RCSA) serves as the democratic voice of student residents and leads the residential community through promoting engagement, ownership, and advocacy. RCSA strives to enrich student life and develop future leaders.

The RCSA strives to create an inclusive residential community that has the information, resources, and capabilities to feel comfortable advocating for themselves and others. We strive to develop future leaders who feel prepared and encouraged to take on new challenges.

This mission is accomplished through building community, working with administrators, and listening to the needs and wants of our residents.

50+ Student Leaders Created: Through a variety of different positions, RCSA creates over 50 student leaders, teaching them the skills they need to impact their community.
